Prior to any installation we provide a free on-site survey to confirm suitability and we also make recommendations on the most suitable system. We can offer a 7 Day “Free Trial” on most systems to make sure that you and your staff and customers are 100% satisfied.
Once your cooler is installed your cooler has a filter change and sanitisation every 6 months. All water contact surfaces are sanitised. The 01micron water filter is replaced to ensure maximum water quality. Your service visit is automatically logged and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time when your service visit is due.
All service personnel are employed directly by AWC, we do not use sub-contractors to install or service our water coolers.

Installation is carried out by our fully qualified service engineers with a wealth of experience in installing our coolers in both new and period buildings. A typical installation takes approximately one hour.
